We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Support Representative - National Accounts. This role can reside in either FL, TN or NC. The ISR will specifically support the national account sales team and customers located across the US. Outstanding opportunity to establish program foundation for success and position for career growth inside Carrier Enterprise.
This position is responsible for providing pre- and post-order support for national accounts and the national account sales team. A working knowledge of residential and commercial products, including replacement configurations, substitutions and sell-up strategies, is highly desired. Additional training will be supplied by CE or respective OEMs supporting our customers.
The position is an integral part of the overall national account customer relationship. Customer contact will take place via incoming and outbound calls, and indirectly, through support of the sales team and the Customer Service group. The position will be responsible for prioritizing customer service activities, within the framework of the national account program.
Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, deliver and return status, as required
Handle incoming customer requests for orders and product information (equipment specifications and applications)
Enter orders into the NxTrend ordering system
Purchase accessory equipment as required to compliment Carrier equipment on jobs
Manage customer orders from origination to delivery
Provide post-sale follow up and support as required
Work with customers, sales and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise
Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes
Work with Warranty to answer warranty question
