In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions based on customer demands and objectives. Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to determine the most suitable products and services for their requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create targeted sales campaigns.

Provide accurate and timely reports on sales outcomes, market trends, and customer feedback. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Proven history of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Initiative-taking and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Experience or familiarity with posting on social media platforms is highly desirable. Ability to adapt to innovative technologies and tools quickly.
