Position Summary: * Identify opportunities in your assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing dealer, contractor, and architect base to achieve quarterly sales objectives. Guide the consumer journey from start to finish through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Position will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. * We are looking for a hungry, charismatic salesperson to join our team!Do you want a career in sales?Do you want to be promoted to an Area Sales Manager (Outside Sales) in 18-24 months?Are you willing to relocate if the right opportunity opened in 18-24 months?* Inside Sales Mission Statement:Develop and prepare each rep for an advanced role within The AZEK Company through continual educationand driving sell-through growth with our dealer and contractor base. * Role Requirements:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA great teammate who displays a positive attitude dailyA competitor that is hungry for a career in sales * What you'll do:Qualify and convert contractors and builders to specify TimberTech and AZEK on current and futureprojects in your assigned territoryIdentify dealer opportunities in your territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts,and grow existing lumberyard baseQuality > Quantity; ~40 outbound calls a dayHost virtual presentations to train channel partners on TimberTech & AZEK product portfolioCommunicate daily with local Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Manager in your territory toprovide support as neededQuarterly travel in North America with current Area Sales Managers in assigned territoriesEngage customers and present products at industry events and shows (PGA Tour 3M Open, AZEKUniversity, Deck Expos and more)Position will report directly to the Inside Sales Manger * Success Measures: * Ninety (90) days:o Complete on-boarding plano Complete cumulative training hourso Complete cumulative shadow hours with Inside Sales Rep(s)o Complete Role Play hours with Senior Inside Sales Rep(s)*
  • Six (6) months:o Execute regular calls with Sales Teamso Execute outbound calls to Consumers & Channel Partnerso Execute Product Knowledge (PK) trainingso All activities listed above have monthly, quarterly and annual goalso Participate in the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)*

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 in our lowest market up to $55,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
