Who You Are

An Inside Sales Professional handles the first point of contact between our team and prospective home buyers and sellers. We are looking for a talented individual who possesses high levels of sales, communication and business development skills. Inside Sales Agents are responsible for prospecting new leads through a variety of methods and improving our lead conversion rate.

This position demands a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships with clients. Inside Sales Professionals possess a growth-mindset, are organized, and strive to make their clients happy. If you are a self-starter this could be a great opportunity for you!

In this role, you will...

  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.

  • Qualify incoming leads for appointments with agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.

  • Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads.

  • Follow-up with prospects after showings to rate client experience.

  • Actively listen to prospective clients and offer empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers.

  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
