The Relationship Manager role requires drive and focus. A successful Relationship Manager will leverage their strong relationships in closing his or her deals.

You will proactively assess customer needs and consult on solutions zeroing in on priorities to maximize PayPal's value to their business and ultimately increasing their customer ROI. The Relationship Manager's customer relationship is a key role in our company. The expectation is to elevate accounts from one-time funded businesses to loyal, consistent customers.

What you'll do as Senior Sales Development Manager: The Senior Sales Development Manager role is a crucial leadership position at Monetate that is closely aligned to both our Marketing and Sales teams, who share the same number-one goal of building pipeline. You will lead our team of activity-focused Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as they hunt for new business within specific target accounts in North America. You will have the opportunity to build the strategy of the Sales Development team while collaborating with other senior leadership team members at Monetate, as your team adds to the growth of the business and our client list. You will: * Hire, coach and manage a team of SDRs. * Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member. * Motivate team members through creative incentives and effectively prepare successful SDRs for promotion. * Be the first point of contact for many of our leads and potential customers. * Identify, develop and secure all relevant direct sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone and social campaigns). * Research and identify target prospects for Monetate's platform. * Respond to and qualify all inbound marketing leads. * Conduct high-level qualification phone conversations (potentially with senior executives) to identify strong sales opportunities. * Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives, ensuring that all team members are contributing. * Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the SDR team to focus on maximizing performance. Regularly report on team/individual results via Salesforce. * Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation and ensure quantity/quality standards. * Partner with Marketing to define campaign follow-up and reporting. * Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity. * Identify methods to optimize SFDC, Marketo and other selling tools to improve rep productivity. Ensure all activity is properly tracked in Salesforce. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 5+ years in inside software sales, preferably in SaaS, and a consistent track record of achievement. * 3+ years management experience of a Sales Development or Inside Sales team, with a proven track record of building results and a great working environment. * Passion for prospecting and sales best practices and practical experience from having done the job - in a complex selling environment to enterprise organizations * Quick to master selling tools (proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook) * Proven ability to spot talent, hire and grow SDRs to be Sales rockstars. * Experience in a high growth organization and prepared to get in on the ground level * Optimism, a sense of humor, and solid people skills to foster a strong team.
