Inside Sales Operations Support Specialist WIDIA
Location: Latrobe, PA
The Inside Sales Operations position is part of the sales operations team that pursues the booking of orders through our sales force to achieve the financial plan on a global basis. This position will drive the standardization of processes across the inside sales organization to improve sales force effectiveness and bridge the outside sales organization with the inside sales organization. It will focus internally on the support organizations and processes they use to support the inside sales team.
Key Job Responsibilities
In coordination with the Inside Sales Manager, concentrate internally on sales processes, practices and tools to eliminate waste and maximize the efficiency of the field sales force.
Responsible for the overall customer data maintenance for the inside sales CRM system which includes activities up to and including customer master cleanup and maintenance, troubleshooting system issues and data syndication.
Pulls and provides management with customer service and inside sales data analytics for the Americas. This requires syndicating data from multiple systems.
Handle daily activities up to and including account creation and maintenance, stock returns, providing cost information to the salesforce, consignment program support, reconditioning order support and expediting support for issues that come in through the inside sales team.
Manage & track all channel partner rebates for standard Channel Partner Programs (CPP) and customized CPP programs so that they are fulfilled in a timely fashion and is required to report status on a quarterly basis.
Participation or executing special projects upon request.
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering or relevant field
3 or more years of relevant experience or non-degreed with 5 or more years of relevant experience
Understanding of the metal cutting or precision tooling industry
Successful previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Hands on experience with CRM software
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Microsoft Office products experience with advanced Excel / Access emphasis required.
Hands on experience with SAP & Bex preferred.
