> Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year + Commission - earn up to $2,500 extra per month or up to $90,000
Internet connection requirements for hybrid work include speeds exceeding 25 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up (Satellite and/or cellular connection are not sufficient)
Wisper Internet is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of inbound call agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, driving performance, and meeting sales targets for our growing wireless internet company. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to implement strategies that optimize productivity, improve customer experience, and grow revenue.
> Essential Job Functions
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of inbound sales agents (4 total) to achieve individual and team goals.
- Training: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure continuous growth and skill development. Set clear expectations and performance standards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure team success in meeting or exceeding inbound sales targets. Monitor inbound call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality, ensuring efficient processes and consistent outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze team performance using KPIs and other metrics to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present regular reports on sales results, agent performance, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Customer Experience: Implement best practices for communication, product knowledge, and upselling to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize workflows and sales processes to improve team efficiency, reduce costs, and increase conversion rates.
> Desired Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in managing inbound sales teams, ideally within the internet, technology, or e-commerce industries.
- Expertise in managing high-touch, white-glove customer service experiences.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- 2-3 years of Team Management experience
- Regular & predictable attendance
