Job Summary
The Inside Sales Manager position is responsible for managing a team of Inside Account Managers (IAMs), who support a specific Business Unit's (BUs) customers in the Enterprise Inside Sales Department. The manager will be tasked with providing support and guidance for all aspects of the sales cycle within the scope of the sales team. This position will report to a Sr. Inside Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide support, training, and guidance to Inside Account Managers (IAMs)
Delegate, coordinate, and supervise IAM activities and responsibilities
Monitor employee performance and attendance records
Assist in the development of SHI's World Class Support policies which promote good customer relationships
Investigate and resolve non-routine customer complaints
Handle escalated problems concerning service orders and adjustments of exchanges
Communicate effectively with Account Executives, provide regular updates, obtain feedback, and implement new processes
Serve as first point of contact on customer escalation path
Manage SharePoint team site(s)
Conduct IAM quarterly evaluations and annual reviews
Maintain team coverage and contingency plans
Track of monthly metrics, provide reporting, and maintain team specific documentation
Some travel may be required - to attend Outside Sales Regional Meetings.
Exhibit high level of confidentiality with employees and management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years sales experience (Inside Sales/Outside)
Required Skills
Ability to effectively communicate with Inside Team, Account Executives, management and other departments
Ability to continuously educate yourself on hardware and software licensing products
Working knowledge of SHI tools and applications, customer base, and processes
Ability to anticipate problems which could arise and take measures to prevent them
Exhibit high level of confidentiality with employees and management
Ability to address personnel issues and uphold SHI policies and standards
Possess a very involved and collaborative approach to management and integration with the Inside Sales team
Management/Leadership skills with ability to set an example to employees of an outstanding IAM and SHI employee
