Ryerson has an opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager. As a Customer Experience Manager, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and developing sales staff to achieve market share and profit objectives while executing planning, assigning, directing work and appraising performance.

Leads, motivates and develops sales staff to achieve market share and profit objectivesMakes sales call on customers to help secure business and improve profitabilityDisplays great personal commitment to customer satisfaction and thus leads by exampleUnderstands margin growth and sales contract managementInventory control and inventory maintenancePrice development for transactional and contractual businessKnows competitors in-depth and how best to position the sales team to gain market shareTravel is expected as needed to assist sales efforts in the field and to better know our customer base
