Position: Inside Sales Manager
Reports to Title: Director of Sales
Primary Work Location: Bloomington, MN
Revision Date: October 2022
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a third of the inside sales reps. Major duties include: working closely with the other inside sales managers, providing management communications to the sales team; training and coaching of Inside Sales Reps; monitoring and reporting on sales metrics' and managing the sales administration process.

Assist in building a solid inside sales team that exceeds sales goals
Ensure that sales pipelines remain full with qualified promo's and call lists
Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
Evaluate and improve inside sales processes
Provide coaching for existing ISRs and training of new reps
Manage performance & salary reviews, and facilitate employee development plans as needed
Empower team with the appropriate authority, tools & resources needed to complete their assigned duties
Prioritize and balance ISR workloads
Coordinate employee attendance to maintain adequate staff during normal business hours
Coordinate monthly training events for sales dept
Monthly reporting to senior management
Develop & track employee goals
Represent ReSound at conventions & other meetings to promote our products & services
Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to resolve problems and complex issues at higher levels
Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sales Force
Required Education (if necessary):
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Preferably Business emphasis.
Experience (if necessary):
Successful Phone Sales experience in medical device or hearing industry.
Minimum of 5 years Business to Business selling experience (non-retail).
5 - 7 years sales experience with outside & inside sales experience preferred.
Previous management experience a plus
Excellent computer skills and proficiency using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SFDC (CRM) and Excel
Willingness to learn company system
Ability to effectively prioritize and balance diverse work schedule and demonstrates ability to be highly organized and manage time effectively
Proficient with oral and written communication and with conducting presentations.
Develop employees to their full potential and as future leaders
Maintain knowledge of customer purchasing processes & product mix, develop ways to make it easy for them to conduct/increase business
Daily external communication with customers, field sales colleagues, field technical trainers.
Daily internal communications with any and all departments, on the customer's behalf.
