Quotient Technology's Inside Sales group is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Sales Leader. You will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for selling Quotient's entire solution suite to emerging consumer brands. You will develop and execute on sales strategy and go-to-market plans, enabling your sales team to drive long-term success with their clients. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
What you'll do:
Lead, develop and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales excellence and to overachieve on business goals by delivering customer value
Coach and manage your team to grow and retain Quotient's relationships with CPG brand clients
Identify opportunities to improve our client services or products; contribute to the development of systems, tools and processes to realize those opportunities and achieve scale
Develop, measure, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for your team
Possess strong general management capabilities. e.g. ability to report on key business trends, create business plans and quarterly reviews
What you'll bring:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of work experience in sales, account management, customer success, marketing, consulting, or consumer goods.
2+ years of experience managing and developing a team
Experience working towards assigned performance targets and driving sustainable growth
Experience motivating, inspiring and driving teams to achieve sustainable growth
