We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Manager professional to join our award winning team
GLS Inside Sales Manger is a sales professional managing an Inside Sales team for the development of business including In-bound lead handling, outbound client retention and inbound/outbound customer contacts for CRM initiatives. The Manager of Inside Sales will hire, coach/mentor, motivate and train the Inside Sales team. This role will also work with Senior Sales Leaders, and Regional Directors to execute a seamless sales strategy.
Manage and grow a team of Inside Sales representatives who prospect new customers in partnership with outside sales representatives
Exceed or meet financials targets and key performance indicators
Plan and implement process changes to improve the Inside Sales Team efficiency and satisfaction.
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement with sales representatives
Analyze and report sales metrics, key performance indicators and other results driven data relevant to performance with plan for continuous improvement
Build a culture of open communication and positive environment with the team
Work with cross functional departments to ensure processes improvement and/or opportunities to improve results through lead generation
Management oversight of team with CRM, Salesforce experience a plus
Must have exceptional negotiating skills, with ability to close
Manage the high call volume output, and all key performance indicators
Forecast staffing needs and ensure your team is always prepared for expected demand.
Engage with the Inside Sales team developing strategy for maintaining customer loyalty
Mastery the GLS-US value proposition for (Parcel & Freight).
Utilize a consultative sales approach to collaborate with team to increase Sales productivity
Assists with making regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow-up on leads as required
Meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets and related goals.
