We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to join our HOLE team. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of service, quality, and sales performance in a high-volume, business-to-business sales environment. This is a management position that requires the practical implementation of initiatives and involves training personnel to make the right decisions in a sales and financial transactional process.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Drives achievement of company metrics including sales revenue, gross profit, gross profit margin, invoice, and inquiry counts.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and steps to penetrate markets.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on market conditions while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Ensures orders, opportunities, invoices, correspondence and other paperwork are accurate and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails and face-to-face visits.
Work with Field Sales Managers to assist in driving sales and improved customer service.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team. Prepares action and development plans by individual as well as by team for effective sales leads and growth.
Coordinate with Operations to meet common business goals.
Other duties as directed by General Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of Sales Management experience, industrial product sales or distribution experience highly preferred.
Ability to create a strategic sales plan, developing individuals on a sales team to be successful and achieve business goals.
Driven and enthusiastic sales professional with ability to negotiate and secure new business.
Strong math skills required and ability to read drawings preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to type 40 WPM.
Ability to manage using Integrity, Trust, Discernment, Compassion and Competence.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to multi-task.
