Job Highlights
Manage and monitor assigned accounts to achieve targeted results such as volume and revenue, pricing, accounts receivable, payment terms and track returnable containers
Generate and follow up on potential leads from Inquires in order to grow volume and achieve target objectives
Develop a broad knowledge of applications, markets and needs of customers in order to support PLA product lines
Act as a CRM, IBP, Power BI super-user and Lanxess system expert to support the efforts of the Sales Team
Learn the industry and sales techniques by traveling and working closely with account managers
Provide business management with forecast and facilitate logistics and container management for business efficiencies
Manage complaints, solve problems and develop strong relationships among departments in order to achieve objectives, along with communicating updates.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, marketing, sales, or technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service or sales
1-2 years of professional experience
Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of business practices and a strong decision maker; able to work in an independent and team environments, maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Able to balance multiple priorities and remain organized; strong written and verbal communication skills
Account management knowledge, experieince and skill with interfacing with end customers and their internal stakeholders
What we offer you:
Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $68,000 to $91,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
