As the Inside Sales Manager at Hasura, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Commercial Sales Representatives and overseeing the performance of the Product Advocates (Technical SDR/BDRs). Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of our sales strategies to achieve optimal results. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will have a significant impact on shaping the sales culture at Hasura.

What the role will involve:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial sales team and Product Advocates while developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand customer base and ensure the team's strong presence in the market.

  • Set and achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new salespeople while fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

  • Oversee the SDR team to optimize lead generation and qualification processes to ensure high conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

  • Work closely with our demand generation team to optimize the lead flow to maximize conversion.

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and keep track of performance.

  • Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board to promote new products.

  • Work closely with the marketing department to identify and craft strategies for market penetration.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years experience as an inside sales manager or similar sales management role.

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

This is a hybrid remote and in-office role based in San Francisco.
