What we're looking for:
Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will play a dual role in achieving company revenue growth objectives. ISM is accountable for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory via telephone. In addition, ISM will also oversee, manage, and support our Inside Sales Representative team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, teamwork, and inspiring others to give their best in finding opportunities and achieving great outcomes.
What your future looks like:
Manage and oversee the work of inside Sales Representative team
Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales representatives performance
Set and track sales target and KPI's
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.
