The Inside Sales Manager, eComm @ Walmart position is responsible for executing our Funko Brand OMNI strategy online. In this role you will facilitate bringing to life our Funko brand strategy for Walmart online helping us achieve sales and profit objectives while building excellent partnerships. This role is located with our Northwest Arkansas team in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is an onsite role.

Manage our Funko business on Walmart.com, Walmart.ca and Samsclub.com
Work directly with the Walmart Sales Team to execute the Funko OMNI strategy specifically on dotcom.
Work directly with DSV partners to ensure inventory availability and seamless dotcom execution. Will include monitoring "always on" items inventory levels for both DSV and Walmart-owned items.
Lead project management for all aspects of dotcom execution including product launches, key events, and coordination of assets.
Coordinate with Funko Marketing team to ensure all content including PDPs, banners and brand pages is accurate and dynamic. Primary sales contact/lead for all online events.
Create and effectively communicate internal projects to drive revenue.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of portfolio.
Participate in continued education/training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques.
Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded
Maintain high customer satisfaction and become a trusted partner.
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
1-3 years consumer products/retail experience, Walmart specific experience and eComm knowledge is highly desired
Outstanding communicator with high intellectual horsepower and thought leadership; interpersonally savvy individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and build strong working relationships quickly
Highly resilient and stress resistant - able to manage through change
High initiative - must be a self-starter with a positive "can do" approach
Comfortable and effective when managing a high-volume workload with speed, accuracy and efficiency
Passionate student of the business who is excited to learn/grow/adapt with retail changes
Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and quotas
Ability to travel up to 30%
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, entry level knowledge of Walmart specific applications (Retail Link, Item360) and Oracle preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
