The Inside Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales, and be directly responsible for a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives aka Payment Consultants, while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading the sales team through on-going sales coaching and deal management. You will be measured on your teams performance along with your individual sales quota.
The candidate for this role will maximize the efforts of our sales teams, by providing consistent and effective leadership through training, coaching and motivating. This will provide an environment of constant growth and continued success allowing the company to grow and scale.
