Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead the National Sales Center for Fortify Building Solutions. As an Inside Sales Manager you are responsible for the location's business strategy and financial performance, as well as marketing, sales and training. The role is a full time in-office role out of our Houston Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain the vision, mission statement and long term strategy
  • Establish and maintain a business plan and operating budget for corporate management approval
  • Build a team that can successfully support business goals and e-commerce sales efforts
  • Drive a competitive sales atmosphere that promotes sales growth
  • Grow sales by working with sales staff on leads, opportunities, and quotes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns
  • Train team members on product offerings and systems
  • Analyze and continually assess the branch's performance
  • Oversee marketing efforts to promote the company's brand and products
  • Oversee the activities of the sales department
  • Establish annual sales targets and put resources and incentives into place to obtain desired growth and profitability
  • Manage the performance of staff through effective key performance indicators, targets, goal settings, and reviews
  • Responsible for compliance with all local and federal regulatory agencies
  • Be a team player and understand the importance of supporting your direct reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field required
  • Five years of related experience required
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
