We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing org. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding parts promptly and professionally.
  • Assist our outside sales team by selecting and providing quotes for equipment.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements and based on your expertise in our product range.
  • Utilize computer software selection tools to choose and specify related equipment.
  • Manage orders requiring special designs, documentation, testing, and inspection, from receipt to customer acceptance.
  • Offer technical support to our in-house service department.
  • Review and provide feedback on engineering specifications to support equipment bids.
  • Collaborate on custom-packaged skids, including conceptual design, equipment specification, component sourcing, project management, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with our CRM and ERP systems and flagship product lines within your first year.

Experience, Technical Skills & Attributes:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred; however, other technical or business degrees will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales/application engineering experience or relevant work history in any of the industries we serve.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Practical mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated history of initiative-taking, problem-solving, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
  • Dedication to professionalism and personal development.
