This position is within the Data Center Software Solutions group at Schneider Electric. The responsibilities of this position will involve general sales support and estimating. You will learn and become proficient at the estimating process to generate project costs on assigned opportunities. You will also work with sales managers to identify the requirements of an RFP (Request for Proposal), meet RFP deliverables and deadlines, estimate projects, and provide additional support as required. Collaboration with other Schneider Electric entities will be required at times when the BMS is integrated with a Data Center's Power Monitoring and/or DCIM systems. This position may require travel within the US and Canada, Candidates should be prepared for no more than 10% Travel (No more than once a quarter)

Support the Sales Managers in responding to, and meeting the requirements of all RFP's
Become proficient with walking through the SE Data Center DEMO
Become proficient with Salesforce and become the future Salesforce Champion
Identify and attend industry Trade shows with Sales Managers
Prepare clear and concise estimates by gathering all necessary information, including prints and specs, and RFI's, defining feasibility of projects and profitability
Establish and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships
Coordinate and verify subcontractor quotations and scopes of work.
Develop detailed scope letters for inclusion in Proposals
May attend sales calls, pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs for potential projects
Consults with Operations, Engineering and Sales groups throughout estimation process
Generate preliminary construction schedule
Attend various meetings throughout project, including hand-off and design review

Recently graduated with a four-year (4) degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Shows a high level of confidence and able to present to managers, customers, and executives.
