As a candidate in the Inside Sales Development Program, or Customer Care Center Development Program, you will become an expert in Schneider Electric's products while sharpening your professional sales skills. The 8 to 12-month professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric Contact Centers in West Kingston, RI and Costa Mesa, CA and includes technical product, customer interaction and sales execution training's.
Sales Consultants working within this program will interact with customers over the phone to research, design and recommend Schneider Electric solutions. Consultants will be responsible for ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and market share of Schneider Electric's products and services in North America.
Personality is key in this program! Qualified candidates will have the confidence to communicate effectively with our customers and the drive to understand our products and positively represent our Schneider brand.
Experience in customer service is a must, and a passion for sales is essential. This program is a great step in your pursuit of a career in Inside or Technical Sales.

You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Selling & Sales Management, Selling & Marketing, Marketing, Engineering with an interest in Sales or have relevant customer service/ sales experience.
You enjoy building relationships with customers and are seeking to develop your skills in customer service/ sales.
