Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Maintain customer records, update account information, and assist with account related inquiries such as billing, payment, and account adjustments. Actively listen to customer feedback, gather relevant information, and take appropriate actions to address concerns and/or improve the customer experience.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Provide accurate account information to customers. Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to existing customers.

Regularly conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their needs are met, issues are resolved satisfactorily, and customer satisfaction is maintained. Sales and Revenue Generation Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Present and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively. Order Processing and Support Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, credit, and wholesale operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and a pleasurable customer experience. Team Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, credit, and wholesale operations to address customer needs, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth communication and operations.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and hand off qualified leads. Sales Reporting and Documentation Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Meet or exceed team sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction goals.

Product Knowledge and Training Stay up to date with product or service knowledge and industry trends. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer service skills. Share product knowledge with team members and assist in onboarding new employees.

Qualifications Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.

Knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry. Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
