We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Job Description: The Inside Parts Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales of parts and accessories, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, administrative duties, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping customers. Key Responsibilities: -Sales:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their needs.

  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups. Administrative Duties: - coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.

  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

  • Clerical Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

  • Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing. Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles.

  • Strong knowledge of parts and accessories relevant to the [industry].

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
