About Us:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Norbar Torque Tools, a division of Snap-on Incorporated, as an Inside Sales Engineer & CRM Administrator. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing orders, help implement a new CRM program for a growing sales team, ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.About the Role:We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales by prospecting for new leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through email outreach, as well as following up on inbound inquiries via email or the website.• Identify customer needs and challenges through active listening and questioning.• Present product or service features and benefits in a compelling and informative way.• Provide pricing and supplementary information to close deals.• Maintain and update a NEW CRM system with accurate customer information and sales data.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.• Exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B.• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively demonstrate product/service value.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• CRM experience a plus.
