Inside Sales Coordinator

TP-Link is currently seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator for US office in Brea, CA.

*Note: Our office will relocate to Irvine, CA in Nov of 2019.

Pay Range: $17-$23 per hour

What we are looking for:

You will work with the E-Commerce sales team as the primary backend support for the team. This includes but not limited to providing daily sales reporting, processing of promotional and marketing claims, responding to customer requests as designated, assisting in the execution of channel marketing deliverables, filing tickets and escalations within partner portals, demo shipments, and various other tasks needed to drive sales and service to our retail partners.

What your future looks like:

  • Providing daily sales reports out to the team
  • Processing of promotional and marketing claims from partners
  • Providing read outs on sales analysis to results
  • Assist the sales organization in the creation of promotion funding contracts
  • Dispute management of invoices/andon cord with partners
  • Finding and owning relationships with vendor partners to assist in marketing initiatives
  • Proactively manage the new item set up process
  • Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits in order to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure the retailer has the right marketing assets online and in store
  • Manage claim creation document and escalation of claim issues
  • Perform other job duties as assigned


What youll bring to the table:

  • 1-3+ years prior sales-related experience Consumer electronics preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin *Preferred*
  • Amazon seller/vendor relevant business background is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge in the CE industry is a plus
  • Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Basic formulas, and data organization)
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members to solve issues and quickly address concerns
  • Adaptable to the fast pace industry & retail demands
  • Strong work ethic with high energy and initiative
  • Highly detail oriented and precise in work
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Organized and a Problem solver
