What we're looking for:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator at TP-Link, you will assist the sales team in achieving excellent customer service to our retail partners by managing the order fulfillment, maintain accurate pricing files, coordinate execution of promotions, marketing material requests, credit and claim escalations, demo shipments, weekly sales and inventory reporting, consolidating shipment information, and various other tasks need to drive sales and service to our retail partners.
What your future looks like (Job duties):
Handle the everyday needs of retails accounts, generate retail sales report and inventory analysis
FCA (Retail Rebates) Creation and entry in salesforce & Excel (Weekly)
Retail Sales out Collection and Reporting in Excel (Weekly)
Weekly Management of IR price File in Excel
Weekly FCA Claims Processing (From Retailer Portal, and Emails) in Sales Force and Excel file
Monthly Rebate (IR, DRR, MDF) Accrual based on FCA Creation to Accounting in Excel
Quarterly Distribution SPA Creation and Implementation in Sales Force
Quarterly Sales Performance for Sales Bonus Calculations
Work directly with retailers and distributors
Proactively manage the new item set up process
Maintain retail pricing model, including promotions
Coordinate the execution of promotional activities and monitor results
Track weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
Monitor forecast, incoming shipment, and actual shipment to ensure timely delivery
Ensure execution of promotional activity and track execution weekly
Work closely with marketing to ensure the retailer has the right marketing assets online and in store
Manage claim creation document and escalation of claim issues
Perform other job duties as assigned
