Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, DOE and Qualifications.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position supports the Dealer, Engineered Products and Commercial Pavers Sales Teams in areas of customer service. This position is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training on Inside Sales support in concrete masonry industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of masonry and code standards preferred.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Must be able to operate a personal computer plus related software and other various standard office machines and equipment necessary to complete duties.

• Working knowledge of SAP software preferred, but not required.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
