Please note that this role is specifically for IBP Solutions US, LLC dba Masonite Architectural, which was separated from Masonite International and was sold on May 14, 2024. IBP Solutions US, LLC dba Masonite Architectural currently operates as a standalone entity.
Responsible for performing all duties assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor or Inside Sales Manager. These are to include entering customer orders/quotations and performing various customer service responsibilities. Strengthen customer relations by using proper communication to strengthen the business relationship.
Responsibilities:
Complete the order entry and quotation process with a high degree of accuracy for orders originating from telephone, fax, e-mail and EDI
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner
Follow up to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
Research delivery or invoicing discrepancies and issue credit as necessary
Research any delivery and/or invoicing discrepancies and work with the customer on a resolution, may include issuing credits and handling returns
Proof other Inside Sales Coordinator's orders for mistakes
Establish close working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, understanding their business and how we can add value
Communicate clearly and professionally
Assist customers on resolutions related to products availability issues
Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure SOX compliance
Willing to work occasional weekends and extended hours during the work week as needed and be flexible to schedule changes
Able to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
Follow all company related safety/environmental rules and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager/Supervisor to ensure a positive customer experience
Enter orders into the computer using customer provided information
Gather necessary information to complete the customer's order and enter into the system
Issue Return Goods Authorization as needed
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and technical information
Demonstrate competence and working knowledge of each customer service function
Perform assignments in the most efficient manner to maximize production and maintain highest possible service standards
Complete all required paperwork accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Notify Supervisor when coming in late or leaving early
