We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative in either the Charleston, SC or Austin, TX areas, who will be responsible for generating new business for our clients newly developed technical management solutions. You will serve as a point of contact and liaison with potential customers through the sales process from the generation of leads to the closing of deals, primarily via phone and internet engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to succeed, be willing to engage in several sales pursuits at any one time, have an aptitude for technology and understand and enjoy solving the unique challenges in a sales environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record selling SaaS solutions to small or mid-sized organizations, and have experience closing sales via phone or internet sales engagements.

Responsibilities:

Reaching and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prospecting, engaging, teaching, and selling into a few select, niche markets
Perform virtual product demonstrations as needed
Establishing and maintaining account relationships
Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions
Effectively coordinating all aspects of the sale from start to finish
Utilize CRM to update, track, and maintain active deals for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data
Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert

Requirements

An Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Background of dedicated phone/inside based sales experience and a desire professionally extend this sales engagement strategy
Two years of successful phone based sales experience is required - selling experience in an IT environment is highly desired; software sales preferred
Proficiency with the internet, MS Office, and CRM software is required
Must possess superior communication skills with the ability to make clear, compelling and value-focused sales presentations
An analytical knack for territory management

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to set appointments for estimates in a professional and friendly manner. Answer all incoming calls from prospective customers promptly and politely and set appointments with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives. Contact all prospective customers that have left their name at a show, event, mall, via the web site or phone message and set appointments with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives. Follow up on all leads for which an appointment has not been set and attempt to book an estimate appointment. Follow up on all unsold estimates and either sell the job or set an appointment for a follow up sales appointment. Evaluate uninstalled new orders, identify opportunities for value added sales, and follow up with customer. Answer the telephone promptly and politely. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism. Input and maintain all data related to leads and scheduling in our CRM systems. Job dimension, if required Promote The Wave referral program to all customers and branch employees. Provide support, tips and training to all branch Wave Members. Conduct pre-appointment calls to targeted commercial and residential prospects. Schedule the Sales Consultant's post install quality control visit. Conduct regular follow up with all prospects who either have not had an estimate scheduled, or have not yet purchased (by either phone calls, regular e-mails, newsletters, correspondence, etc.). Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures. Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures. Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions. Realize the Inside Sales Representative's role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while on the job and act accordingly. Perform other duties as assigned. Bath Fitter Charleston SC
