Responsibilities and Duties

• Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in our store as well as online
• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
• Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management

• Candidates must be fully flexible, weekend working required

Qualifications and Skills

• A passion for customer service
• A great attitude and the willingness to learn
• MUST have pleasant demeanor and maintain a professional image and appearance at all times
• Desire and interest in home design and trends
• Background in sales a plus
• 5 years or more experience working with customers face to face preferred

Pay: $19.00 to start during training period transitioning to commissioned pay with the opportunity to make over 75,000.00 after the first year.
