Responsible for maximizing sales for designated products and markets. Make outbound calls to designated accounts and prospects for new business and to grow existing accounts, answering inbound phone calls from Canada, respond to customer's written, faxed or emailed inquiries, up-sell customers placing orders.

  • Answer inbound customer phone call from customers and prospects. Initiate outbound call if required for call completion.

  • Prospect for new customers within Canada.

  • Conduct activities to meet revenue targets

  • Make monthly sales calls to a selected group of customers and prospects for Canada, following a monthly sales action plan.

  • Utilization of internal technology including but not limited to; CRM.

  • Interact with assigned accounts on a scheduled basis.

  • Assist in processing daily correspondence and mass mailings.

  • Daily Filing

  • Participate in Special Projects as assigned.

  • Willing to work flexible schedule.

  • Travel for planned campaigns

  • Report activities when needed

  • Collaborate with Sales team on targeted accounts/projects

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), College Degree preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software. CRM and/or Solomon experience preferred. Typing 50-60 wpm
