Analyze markets & customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Optimize spare part inventory & collaborate with engineering on new parts/kits. Partner with internal teams for efficient order fulfillment & customer service.
Track sales, generate reports, & provide data-driven insights. Develop & implement strategies to exceed sales targets. Manage projects effectively & meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred). Mechanical aptitude is a non-negotiable. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities. Team-player.
