Inside Sales Associate

Locke Supply is looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and customer service.

The Commercial Plumbing- Inside Sales position is a full-time position with a guaranteed 45 hours per week (Monday through Friday) in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is eligible for monthly commission, Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & matching 401K.

What are the responsibilities?

This is an important, hands-on role, in which you'll be essential to giving our customers the outstanding experience that Locke Supply is committed to providing.

As a member of Locke's Commercial Division, you will price products in alignment with company guidelines, coordinate will-calls and deliveries with our warehouse & delivery team, as well as assist customers with solutions to their daily job needs.

This position requires knowledge and experience with:

• Excellent Multi-tasking ability

• Electrical product knowledge, a plus

• Strong understanding of, or ability to learn Locke's product codes

• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills

• The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

• Commitment to meeting goals and objectives of the company.

As a Commercial Division Associate, you will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive understanding of Locke Supply's product offerings, network with Locke Supply's vendors and manufacturers, strengthen our relationships with our largest customers, and play a major part in Locke Supply's growth in an exciting, competitive and fast-paced industry.

What are the requirements for a Commercial Sales Associate?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Desire to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Must pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug Test.

Working conditions for a Commercial Branch Associate include a combination of retail store, hands-on training exercises, meetings, workshops, and presentations. Occasional travel may be required and could include sales calls to customers' offices and/or jobsites.
