Inside Sales Associate II

Milgard Windows and Doors in Temecula (MITER Brands), CA is looking for an Inside Sales Associate II. In this role, you will take lead on the problem solving, root cause analysis. This person is expected to build strong relationships with dealers and ensure that all service and warranty requests are handled efficiently, effectively and in a manner that enhances dealer satisfaction and retention.

Schedule: 8am

• 5pm Monday

• Friday

Starting Pay: $23 - $26

Essential Functions:

• Build and maintain effective, long-term dealer and Territory Sales relationships

• Develop and maintain extensive product, process and system knowledge

• Enter and acknowledge dealer orders in a timely and efficient manner

• Request drawings as required or upon request

• Be an active learner of all systems and train, assist dealers as necessary

• Adhere to all assigned qualitative and quantitative metrics as established by Manager and Team Leader

• Analyze, process and track service orders and quotes

• Contact dealers to announce changes to expected deliveries

• Provide back-up assistance to other team members as necessary to accommodate vacation, volume spikes and out-of-office situation

• Inform Sales Team about dealer leads and follow up/document accordingly

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Must have 2+ years prior experience and knowledge of the windows environment or building products industry, both retail and wholesale is preferred

• Ability to multi-task and effectively motivate team members and others with diverse backgrounds

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to use Microsoft Office

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
