Job Description Job Description As a Retail Flooring Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers who visit or call the retail store. Primary duties include: 1.

Sales and Product selection assistance to customers ; 2. Manage Product Samples (Selection, Check-in/Check-out within RFMS, and Supplier Representatives. You will assist customers with product selection, provide information about products and services, and process orders.

You will also work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities : Greet customers who enter the retail store, provide information about products and services, and assist with product selection Answer customer inquiries by phone or email, provide information about products and services, and process orders Appointment setting for sales team Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and process customer orders, including calculating costs, providing quotes, and generating invoices Prepare DocuSign documents for customer quotes adhering to company standards for information to be contained within documents Maintain Floor Samples Maintain and Update Product File within RFMS on weekly basis Maintain superior showroom experience, (layout, quantity, quality, cleanliness) Follow-up with customers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels in showroom Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and sales guidelines Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably within the flooring industry Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software, RFMS preferred Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly and effectively Company Description Carpets By Dennis Inc, DBA Arnold Flooring Company Description Carpets By Dennis Inc, DBA Arnold Flooring
