Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT), located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of thermal management products for diverse industries and applications, including commercial satellites, military vehicles, medical devices, primary calibration equipment, and HVAC systems. Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Assistant will support the sales team efforts to identify, develop, and convert leads to business. This role will provide assistance in critical areas of the sales process including lead follow-up, tracking, reporting, and customer support.

How This Role Supports ACT's Vision:

Improve the Customer Experience through Timely and High-Quality Interaction and Response

• Provide support for business leads, especially in areas that do not have an external sales representative present

• Follow-up on leads (e-book, webinar, tradeshow, website)

• Outbound cold emails to marketing qualified leads

• Schedule and organize customer visits

• Respond timely to customer inquiries

Provide Administrative Support for Sales & Marketing

• Update and track sales activities

• Provide support to Manufacturer's Reps, including reporting

• Maintain customer data bases

• Assist in quotation generation and order processing

• Assist with other, various sales and marketing tasks

Be an Integral Part of the Team

• Attend and participate in weekly sales and staff meetings

• Collaborate and innovate with all company groups

What the Best Candidate will Have:

• 3+ Years in general sales activities and support or relevant degree/education

• Experience in Office Products (CRM software a plus)

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
