Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the company, starting from mastering customer service skills, tools, and applications and progressing into an internal sales position.

Duties

1.Customer Service Mastery:

Learn all aspects of customer service, including handling inquiries, customer service production, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.3.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and reports.4.

Cold Calling:

As skills develop, initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest.5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Education

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1.Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required.2.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.3. Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues effectively.4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.5. Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.6. Drive and Ambition: A motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Additional Information

Active CO Resident Producer Title license or applicant must be willing to acquire within 60 days of employment.
