This is a sales-driven job best suited for patient individuals who can convey enthusiasm when working with potential home buyers and sellers, putting them at ease through a multi-touch process of calls, emails, and texts. We are growing our Client Concierge Department (Inside Sales Agents) and are looking for people passionate about the Real Estate industry to help us expand rapidly.


Our team of Inside Sales Agents (ISA's) are responsible for making outbound calls to warm real estate leads, and connecting those customers with agents in the field when they are ready to see homes for sale.


  • Two weeks paid training
  • Training hours are 9:00 am- 5:30 pm (Monday- Friday)
  • All new hires are required to work Monday- Friday their first 30 days on the job (2 weeks of training + 2 additional weeks).
  • These hours are different from standard job hours which occur on a rotating schedule. Rotating evening and weekend work hours are required with this position.


  • 4 Day Work Week and 5 Day Work Week options available
  • Must work 1 weekend day
  • Must work 1 shift until 11:00 pm


  • Full-Time: $30,000 Annual + Commission
  • Potential to increase base salary to $40,000 annual within the first year


A Florida Real Estate License is required for this job but is not a requirement to be hired. We can help you get licensed.

This is NOT a work from home position.

All Inside Sales Agents are employees (W2) of BEX Realty, NOT Independent Contractors (1099). All BEX Realty Inside Sales Agents are not allowed to act as Real Estate Agents or perform any Real Estate Agent activities


This is not a work from home or remote position. All BEX ISA's are required to work from our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.
