JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Account Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Regional Account Manager
The role of the Inside Sales Account Manager is front-line sales representative responsible for driving sales at targeted existing accounts by phone.
Manage assigned accounts by utilizing phone, email, and when necessary in-person contact.
Assess account needs to sell custom solutions and catalog products.
Manage orders through shipment with support of factory operations.
Responsible for the effective management of accounts of value to siffron
Develop new accounts that offer potential value to siffron, through timely and effective lead pursuit.
Effectively, present and sell assigned programs and product lines offered by siffron
Make required amount of phone interactions per day.
Insures that all customer requests and quotes are handled in a complete, timely and professional manner.
Work closely with customers and/or buyers to obtain and understand forecasted usage, new store and remodel schedules, and future business plans.
Obtains current information regarding competitors pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc. and provides feedback.
Attend and participate in assigned Trade Shows and annual Sales meetings.
Complete all required documentation per established policies and procedures.
Keep CRM information up to date and current.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Achievement of sales goals and objectives set within assigned accounts and prospects.
Effective management of assigned accounts.
Work within Account Activity Requirements
Effectively communicates with all departments.
Compliance with Company Policies (i.e. Safety, Attendance, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other)
Ability to work with team members to complete tasks and customer requests.
Understanding of how to work with a customer in a consultative manner.
Excellent, demonstrated, written and verbal communication.
Strong selling, negotiating and problem solving skills.
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work seated at a computer/telephone station for extended periods.
Occasional travel may be required.
