We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Account Manager must be a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. As an ISM, you will be responsible for growing sales of PDC/IDenticard's product lines, primarily calling on hospitals and universities. You will work in a team dynamic with District Sales Managers to achieve your sales quota. Inside Sales Managers also serve as an integral part of the team to create and deliver quotes as well as working with relevant departments to resolve any concerns. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing client relationships and business opportunities within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up
Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Create customer proposals, pricing and special projects.
Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals
Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately and effectively track activity and update lead, account and opportunity information.
Work with district sales managers to execute optimum sales approach
Build and manage your sales pipeline
A minimum of two years sales or customer care experience is preferred.
Self-motivating and outgoing. Able to maintain energy and enthusiasm.You consider yourself customer-focused, team-minded, and results-driven
Requires professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and excellent phone manners
Knowledge of computer software/programs including MS Office and Gmail preferred. Salesforce.com and SAP experience is a plus.
