Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives

  • Professionally engage healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and physicians in telephonic communication. One-hundred percent outbound calling and detailing the launce of a new diabetic devices meter and discussing formulary changes and Insurance. Ensure that an excellent standard of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained through timely, efficient and positive responses to customers. Responsible for an assigned book of business, no cold calling. Handles all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer systems and training resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and articulate technical and scientific-product related information.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key staff members or gatekeeper.

  • Provides advanced technical details to healthcare professionals during the course of conversation with ease.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

  • Sales driven and can meet established sales goals and QA performance.

  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and organization skills.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Outbound sales experience required.

  • Inside sales or telesales, contact center, customer service, pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of consultative selling technique.

  • Excellent relationship building and persuasive communication skills.

  • Excellent decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion to analyze and address territory opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability.

  • Strong ability to function effectively in a structured environment.

  • Planning efforts demonstrate sophisticated and/or creative methods of increasing territory sales.

  • Strong computer ability with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Extensive self-study, training and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and selling certifications are dependent upon passing required exams.

  • A demonstrated stable work history, required.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • College degree preferred

A viable candidate has to have Ad Agency, Media or Digital Marketing experience and has managed Inside Sales Teams of (15-30) people effectively.
