Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs.

• Utilize available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.

• Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.

• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.

• Stay informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.

• Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in excellent written and spoken English.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting customer requests, catalogs, and documents.

• Skilled in writing routine reports, emails, and memos.

• Capable of effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues.

Mathematical Skills:

• Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Physical Demands:

• Be comfortable with regular speaking and hearing.

• Capable of standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally stooping or kneeling.

• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Possess specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment

• Generally quiet, office environment.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-site only; not a remote position.

40 hours per week excluding holidays and any applicable overtime.
