The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for "on-boarding" new accounts and developing new opportunities within their assigned base of accounts. The goal is to increase revenue by promoting eFax Corporate to departments not currently using eFax and to achieve full deployment in departments that have only partially implemented the solution. The Account Manager will also be responsible for cross-selling other product offerings to current eFax customers. In order to gain additional business within an account. Build strategic account plans to deepen relationships and create strong bonds that drive mutual success and profitability.
Ensure customers are properly set up and completely satisfied from initial sign-up to implementation and beyond.
Maintaining revenue within the assigned account base
Collect information and develop Account Plans for major opportunities
Create sales strategy to obtain long term agreements within account base
Maintain a sales program based on customer's needs and competitive activities
Develop forecasts as required
Keep records using CRM system on all phases of account activity
Provide feedback from external market to j2 Product Management Team
Job Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred,
2+ years of Telesales experience and a proven track record of successful selling technical products.
Experience using a CRM program (Salesforce a plus)
Experience managing a large territory.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent skill set in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
