Carrier Enterprise is a joint venture between Watsco, Inc. and Carrier Corporation. Carrier Enterprise sells and distributes Carrier, Bryant and Payne residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies throughout the United States, Latin America and Caribbean utilizing 110 locations in 20 states and Puerto Rico. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Commercial Sales Representative at our Knoxville, TN location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the grow of air distribution product sales through plan & spec take-offs, product selections, and pricing to customers

  • Use standard office means to track projects to bid and bidding customers.

  • Generate scopes with BOM for bidding customers

  • Maintain productive relationships with customers, engineers, and the sales force through project and technical information

  • Maintain pre and post bid project files, helping to close the sale

  • Support and communicate with the sales force on project documentation and order write up information

  • Help maintain pre and post sales job files.

Education & Experience:

  • AA/AS degree with 3-5+ years experience
  • BA/BS degree with 1-3+ years experience

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated performance history and knowledge of the HVAC industry

  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management

  • High sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills

  • Prior HVAC experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing highly preferred

  • PC and common software literacy required

Medical Device Sales Representative Role of the Orthopedic Specialist Sales Representative is to expand the sales of our customer's Wound Closure & Biosurgery products (STRATAFIX™, PRINEO™ and SURGIFLO™) and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policies and sales direction. You will own end-to-end selling of appropriate products for Orthopedic procedures and focus on driving growth among targeted accounts. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the Wound Closure and Biosurgery products and targeted procedures, while covering a designated territory. In this role you will be interacting with Orthopedic surgeons and their surgical suite staff in the Operating Room. The Orthopedic Specialist Sales Representative is responsible for understanding and demonstrating proper preparation and surgical use of specific target specialty products. Qualifications/Experience 4 year Bachelor degree required 2 or more years of outside sales experience: busines to business, pharmaceutical, medical device Healthcare sales experience preferred Orthopedic sales, Operating Room experience and/or hosptial sales a plus Ability to work collobratively within a team environment Outstanding communication and presentation skills Proven successful sales track record Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and generate demand within an assigned geography Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and execute the selling process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional , ethical, and persuasive; and with leads to the customer taking action Ability to travel as necessary is required Valid driver's license that meets with Service Provider driving standards is required Residence within the current geography within close proximity to majority of the business is required Join Us Making a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
