The Inside Channel Manager II is responsible for working with Lumen Indirect Business partners to generate sales opportunity, grow new and upsell revenue to increase overall total sales to business clients.
The Main Responsibilities
Participate in Solution Design by Providing Quoting and Support on any new sale opportunities, primary focus is $5K MRR and below, with engagements above this amount as well.
Proficiency required in all major quoting systems including Light Speed, IFO, Scenario Manager and Master Stream
Overall engagement and coordination of resources
Obtain executable contracts via self-service tools or POM
Request counter signature and Pramata IDs as needed
Manage funnel on ICM owned deals. Provide ordering support as needed and Provide MAC support when new MRC >$2000
What We Look For in a Candidate
3 years in a tele-sales environment including business to business.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 2+ years' experience.
Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, communication, customer service, account relationship, and negotiating. Works well in team environment.
Familiarity with Outlook, Web Meeting, Q Central, and Salesforce.
