About the role:

Position owns or assists in the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins and share to ensure organizational profitability through executing strategic client specific business plans and solutions. Incumbent must have the ability to be a team player and provide direction to ensure a positive customer experience. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision. Leverages supporting departments and TD SYNNEX leadership for support.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to top customer events and strategic customer meetings.

  • Ownership of the territory P&L from an overall blend of business and can make appropriate transactional based decisions that benefit the profitability of the territory.

  • Has detailed knowledge of all customers within assigned territory and has strong relationships within all levels at these accounts, to include executive level relationships.

  • Has deep knowledge of TD SYNNEX solution offerings and can proactively present to the customers within assigned territory.

  • Ability to identify moderate level issues and problem solve, including escalations from Inside Account Representative.

  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and starts to offload repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.

  • Responsible for revenue and profitability growth for the assigned territory.

  • Develops and expands strategic accounts and projects within established business segment or geographical region.

  • Generates opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets.

  • Ability to present the TD SYNNEX story and offerings to assigned territory and new customer targets.

  • Collaborates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR and strategic customer presentations.

  • Project management at a moderate level, especially when onboarding a new customer.

What we're looking for:


  • 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience


  • 4-year degree and 4-6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

  • Able to solve problems of moderate scope.

  • Exercises judgement within defined procedures to solve issues both internal and external.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create innovative ideas, and be assertive.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to facilitate group interactions.

  • Able to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Able to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.

  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.

  • Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details.

  • Able to think strategically and tactically.

  • Able to create win/win situations and ensure productive resolutions of conflict.

  • Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at an advanced level.Able to use common office equipment.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

  • Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.

  • Ability to stay awake and alert while performing work.

Working Conditions:

  • May be located at a reseller / customer location.

  • On-call availability required as necessary.

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Professional, office environment.

  • Local (in-country) travel required.

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).
