Job Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively prospect and source on ongoing basis new Wholesale Broker and Correspondent partners who specialize in the high quality Jumbo loan market

  • Obtain completed Wholesale Broker/Correspondent partner Application packages

  • Provides recommendation summary with Approval Package on proposed partner to corporate for Partner Approval

  • Communicates and trains approved partners on the Bank of Internet's products, policies and procedures to ensure all loan files are completed and within guidelines

  • Understand and explain GFE & RESPA guidelines as relates to Axos Bank

  • Educate customers on Axos Paperless Transaction process

  • Utilize Web based Pipeline Management

  • Works with Partners to properly deal structure and re-structure intended or submitted to the bank

  • Develops and manages all business opportunities and provides ongoing service and support to approved and prospective partners

  • Actively manage the loan pipeline from the partner as required by underwriting/processing guidelines and department and works closely with Banks internal staff to accomplish objectives

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge

  • Product & pricing knowledge, marketing ability

  • Microsoft Office

  • Basic knowledge and understanding or residential real estate lending

Desired Career Experience &

Education Requirements:
  • 3+ years' Wholesale and Correspondent lending experience


  • Multi-family and Commercial experience

  • Bachelor's degree
