POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, administers Physical Therapy services and care to patients per physician#s orders.
Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System initiatives.# Coordinated family involvement in treatment of the patient. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.# BLS/CPR certification required. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job, specific competencies and skill verification tools required.# Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in a caring, considerate and concerned manner.
