Statement of Purpose:

Under the general supervision of the Manager of the Admitting and Registration Departments, admits patients to their assigned beds according to the process designed for the Admitting Department.# Initiates the appropriate forms, obtains patient signatures, and performs other miscellaneous office duties related to patient admissions.# # Qualifications: Education: High School Graduate

Experience:

One to two years related office experience preferred. Data entry experience. Customer service background helpful. Medical Terminology helpful Independent Action: Under general supervision, performs work in accordance with established policies and procedures referring to the supervisor and department manuals for assistance in cases of non-routine patient admittance.
